All building permits are handled through the Pierce County Office of Land Use Management office.

Driveway permits are required by Diamond Bluff to add a driveway that connects to a Diamond Bluff Town Road

Driveway permits must be approved by the Town Board at a regular monthly meeting. To be added to the Agenda, Permit applications must be submitted to the Town Clerk at least two weeks before the regular Board meeting, which happens on the second Thursday of each month.
